TERMS OF SERVICE

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE (“TERMS”) CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING, DOWNLOADING, OR USING ANY PART OF SUMMERVILLEPROS.COM (“SITE”) OR USING OUR SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS, DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SITE OR SERVICES.
1. Scope of Service
Summerville Pros is a lead generation platform owned by Clarion Professional Services, LLC. We collect homeowner project requests and forward leads to qualified contractors (“Service Providers”) in your area. Summerville Pros does not perform any services itself; any work you hire is directly between you and the Service Provider.
2. Eligibility
You represent and warrant you are at least 18 years old, and have authority to enter into these Terms. If you are submitting on behalf of an organization, you warrant you have authority to bind that organization.
3. How It Works / Lead Matching
– When you submit a request, we will share the information with local contractors who may contact you with quotes.
– Summerville Pros makes no guarantee that any contractor will contact you, nor do we guarantee pricing or quality.
– You are responsible for reviewing contractor credentials, asking for proof of licensing, insurance, or permits.
4. User Obligations
– You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
– You will not misuse the Site or content: no scraping, data mining, re-selling, or using leads in an unethical way.
– You will not hold Summerville Pros liable if a contractor fails to respond, performs poorly, or engages in misconduct.
5. Payment & Fees
Summerville Pros does not charge homeowners. Contractors may pay for access to leads. If you hire a Service Provider, all payments are between you and that Provider. Summerville Pros does not facilitate payment or act as escrow.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and material on SummervillePros.com are owned by Summerville Pros LLC. You agree not to reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without permission.
7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
– THE SITE AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
– SUMMERVILLE PROS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF SUCH POSSIBILITIES.
– YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISPUTE IS TO STOP USING THE SERVICES.
8. Modifications to Terms
Summerville Pros reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. You should periodically review these Terms.
9. Termination
Summerville Pros may suspend or terminate access to the Site or your account at any time without notice for violation of these Terms, or for any other reason.
10. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of SummervillePros.com shall be filed in the courts of Dorchester County, South Carolina.
